By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing access to digital content and that delivery begins immediately upon payment confirmation.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice, though changes will not affect existing purchases.

4. Intellectual Property & License Terms

All content provided through The Open Window Academy LLC — including but not limited to course materials, written text, PDF documents, email sequences, frameworks, templates, scripts, images, designs, and digital assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Open Window Academy LLC and is protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.).

What your purchase grants you:

• A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own individual learning and business application.

What your purchase does NOT grant you:

• The right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, trade, or distribute any course materials in any form (digital or physical) to any third party.
• The right to share login credentials, download links, PDF files, or any course content with others who have not purchased their own license.
• The right to use any course materials as the basis for creating a competing product, course, ebook, or training program.
• The right to claim authorship or ownership of any materials, frameworks, or methodologies contained within the courses.

Enforcement:

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Immediate revocation of access without refund
• A cease and desist notice
• Legal action seeking statutory damages of up to $150,000 per infringement under the U.S. Copyright Act
• Recovery of attorney's fees and court costs

Fair Use:

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Open Window Academy LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
